Can I drink alcohol or coffee with Invisalign?

It's best to remove your aligners before consuming any beverages other than water. Both alcohol and coffee can stain your aligners and teeth. If you do consume these beverages, remember to clean both your teeth and your aligners thoroughly before reinserting them.
